MEET OUR TEAM

  • Chitpasong (Chippi) B. - Co-Founder & President

Sabaidee (hello in Lao, my first language) and welcome to MINTeD! This is the place where you belong—a space for sharing, discovering, and building skills and knowledge. It’s where compassion for each other and our community will flourish, and where our diverse thoughts, experiences, and expertise will be celebrated and strengthened.

I’m proud to be one of the founders of MINTeD, and as its President, I am here to support and serve you and our community. Thank you for your interest in learning and leaning in on this journey. Mentoring individuals into new territories will take all of us—together.

  • May S. - Founder & Vice President

Hello community! My name is May, and I am the founder of group, and the idea of forming a collaborative space to serve our communities.

I am a first generation born in the US from a refugee community. Many in our generation relied on one another for resources while still adjusting to culture, which did not always produce the best outcomes. Fast forward many decades later, we have made significant strides, but visible challenges continue to remain for our people to this date.

At MINTeD, our focus is to provide resources and opportunities with an equitable and accessible lens. We strongly believe in empowering individuals, and we know first-hand that providing opportunities is a must in order to succeed.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and take every chance to gain knowledge for the betterment of my service to others. I also know this idea would not have come to fruition without my original three other founders, and our work would not be successful without the trust and support of our families.

My favorite leadership quote will always be:
“A leader is best when people barely know she exists… they will say, we did it ourselves.”
